Roof Repair
Missing shingles cause water intrusion through the exposed underlayment and decking. We don't just replace the missing shingle. We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind damage doesn't always look obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, broken seals, exposed nail heads. You can't see any of that without getting on the roof. Our Phillips inspector does a full 27-point inspection, free of charge.
New Roof Installation
New construction roof installation following IRC Section R905 and local Phillips building code amendments. We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing

Shingle Roofing

Gutter Installation
Improperly sized gutters cause fascia board rot and foundation erosion. We calculate gutter capacity using the rainfall intensity formula: roof square footage x pitch factor x rainfall rate (inches/hr for Phillips). Standard 5" K-style handles 5,520 sq ft of effective roof area. Bigger roofs or steeper pitches need 6" gutters with 3x4" downspouts. We hang with hidden hangers screwed into rafter tails every 24".

Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
